About the Service

GELIOS (Generative Exposure & LLM Indexation Observer System) is an AI brand visibility monitoring platform. It checks whether your brand appears in responses generated by ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) and Google AI Overviews for queries relevant to your business, powered by Ahrefs Brand Radar data covering over 396 million AI search queries.

The service is available at gelios-monitor.ai. A basic AI visibility audit is available free of charge, with data refreshed once a month. Paid Plans refresh the data every day and add custom queries, editing of competitors and monitoring settings, a larger query allowance and priority support. They are sold self-service to anyone; current plan details and pricing are shown in the pricing section on gelios-monitor.ai.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Promodo Inc. through Stripe in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods available through Stripe.

Charges appear on your bank or card statement as "PROMODO*GELIOS". If you do not recognize this charge, contact us at support@gelios-monitor.ai before filing a dispute with your bank — we resolve most billing concerns within 1–2 business days.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Terms of Service at gelios-monitor.ai/terms.
